Most of you know Pinky. She's our adorable wire-haired miniature dachshund and just a couple months back, she gave birth to four even adorabler puppies. This is Paris, or as we know her, Furry Face. The shyest of the litter, The Puppy Formerly Known as Furry Face lives with a lovely family in the heart of New Jersey. I had the opportunity to visit her over the weekend while most of the shipyard workers were sitting at home revising their plan of how to keep us in dry dock for another week.

hi...my name is Kate (Oyer) Robertson...we have met a number of times. Your niece Taylor is dear friend of mine and we were at the AU reunion together a few years ago (I was the practitioner for the weekend)...I have tried to keep up with your careers...we all worked together on the Seneca Falls opening of the MBE exhibit at the National Women's Hall of Fame...all that said, I have loved finding your blog..at least I think it is yours...and wondered if you still have any puppies left for adoption. I have ten year old twins who are so desperately in love with mini-dachshunds...like their mommy...
